Everything. We arrived late and were very tired. Not only did the Manager organise a room upgrade to a junior suite but also kept the restaurant open for us after it had already closed. Everybody was charming and accommodating and we set off the following morning fully restored. This is a magical hotel, conveniently placed for our needs and if our itinerary had been different, we would have loved to have stayed longer. The staff were exceptional and it is obvious that the Manager has created an excellent team with the highest of standards.

The hotel is in a great location, in a quiet side street just steps away from the city center and the main shopping street. The rooms are comfortable, modern and it’s quiet so you can sleep without ear plugs. We received a complementary upgrade to a better room which was very nice. Breakfast is buffet-style and it was amazing, lots of different and fresh options to choose from. But most importantly the staff is really friendly and always trying to help which makes this hotel really stand out.

Great Hotel in a great location, you can walk straight to the high street in 5mins. I asked for a quiet room and we enjoyed 3 nights of blissful sleep! Zeynep at reception was an asset to our stay, she showed us places to go and explore around Aydin city, She always made sure we were comfortable and had a pleasant stay. Room was big enough for my family, internet was fast and worked for everyone. Kids had a great time - Overall really pleased :)
